Do lucky numbers really make you lucky?

6 is my lucky number, but i don't think it really makes me lucky. Sometimes, the lucky number is just for me to save my time when i need to choose something that based on number. i will just choose or pick anything that contain my lucky number.

No, I do not believe so. As a kid, I used to have some lucky numbers but as far as my memory is concerned, I think most of the times they turned out to be unlucky. After being matured, I have no such fascination for lucky numbers.

I do not believe in lucky number, lucky or unlucky colors. I think what happens is that something good or bad happens to us, and we associate it with a particular thing, when actually, it is not due to that thing. I was watching a news today that in Hyderabad, capital of the Indian state Andhra Pradesh, the transport department is fetching millions of Rupees by auctioning special number plates with numbers like '9999' (the most sought after), '7777' etc. Yes, people are kind of obsessed with such numbers. However, personally, I do not believe them as of now. If I get this bug in future, I hope I do not get that!

Luck is just a matter of belief that something can give you a little added boost. There are certain numbers that depending on the circumstances, could be twisted to being lucky for you. However, it is just one of those things where it is matters of the mind. As long as you believe that you are lucky in your mind, then the luck will come to you. It is just pretty much that simple. Of course luck is relative. I think that the very concept is selling yourself and your own resourcefulness very short. Luck is often times an illusion of the mind. It is being smart enough to slightly manipulate or shift the circumstances to really become successful. Then again, there are some people who do in fact believe in this concept. If it is what leads them to success, then so be it, believe what they want to believe and I shall believe that there is no luck, only intelligence.

I don't think a number could make me lucky. A telephone number which is belief as lucky numbers usually containing numbers which are easily remembered by others. It's not because they're lucky numbers.

Lucky numbers... nope. But I do believe that we make our own luck in our lives. We choose what we like and just hope that everything will go our way.

I think it's all self believe personally as I have had times where the number 10 as appeared to bring me luck but then times when it hasn't. It's all about chance I think, as nobody can say for sure. Some people have a knack of being able to hold claims that a certain number helps them to win, or do well. It's like rabbits foots, lucky coins etc. What you believe, mind power.

I dont think so, I actually find "lucky numbers" and something like that stupid. It's just beliefs of people that it can make them lucky. Maybe a lot of people are just desperate and wants to be lucky today or the next day or the next few years. I don't know, I really don't believe it though.
