my english name is Bruce, and my job is doing business as a international trade seller, but from communicate with my customers, I found my english is so poor, especially my spoken english, so I want to get friends who can talk to me on phone or skype or msn with english.Through this way , I hope my english can make progress. I suppose you're Korean, Japanese or Chinese , right?
Don't worry, there are lots here in our country and they're also taking up English classes. Luckily, my mom is an English teacher as well.
I don't know if we can place contact details here at myLot since I think it's against the TOS.
Anyway, you can always send me a PM if you really REALLY need it. We'll be more than happy to help you with it.
Also, your grammar is perfect! So I see your diction is the only thing bothering you.
If you don't want to spend that much money in improving your speaking and oral skills, I would suggest that you'd go for computer programs and softwares of Edulynx.
Other than that, you can always do the traditional (it works all the time):
Simply read ORALLY atleast 3-5 times a day.
In fact, while reading this comment, try to read it ORALLY and say it LOUDLY.
That way, you can hear what is needed to be fixed so you can improve yourself.
As time passes by, you'll be a great English speaker in no time!

Read an English pocketbook... Or watch American movies... Base on how you write here, I think your English is not that bad... Compared to some...
I cannot speak English fluently... And I am planning to work in a call center... You know here in the Philippines, its a high paying job here...
