Do you have a work from home facility in your organization? If so, do you find it equally productive or less productive than working in the offices?
How do you feel about this option?
Cheers!

I do not have a work from home facility. However, we are sort of expected to work from home if we are behind schedule unless we stay back late in office. Often, behind schedule is not by choice but by chance. More urgent tasks keep popping up disrupting the original schedule. In my opinion, it takes great discipline to be able to work from home. Bosses are especially skeptical one is really working at home.

work from home~ I do have a work from home facility in my organization.
it's big different to work from home than to work in an office.I can tell that.
if work at home is same work into the office, why people have to have an office? when business doing better and better then improve a lot,why small office would turn to be a bigger office need more and more workers? a small office one day would change to be a big company ;-)
maybe one day we work at home, then we want to move to a small office instead ;-)
customers would like to visit your office, and you are not going to bring your customers to your family office, right? hmmm
