Can you stay alone at night times in a big house?

at night I did not dare to stay alone, now if in evening when in home like together must with my mother,if you know I am a coward and did not like the atmosphere at night, I if given the choice if the night were told to sleep in big house I better sleep on the edge of highway

Give me a television in the big house,i can say that i can.When i sit down on the chair,i can spend my spare time on TV.I can make myself entertainment from TV shows and other program.

Hi Chaitra! I would not prefer to stay alone at night in my house. I would feel uncomfortable. Once I went to Hyderabad for some official visit (many years ago) we were put up in a very reputed five star Hotel. I was allotted an exclusive room, which has TV and all other facilities. I could not sleep for the entire night due to lonliness, though it was compeletely safe from all accounts.

I don't mind being alone at night in a big house. it isn't something i would want to do all of the time. solitude is good when you need it. Sometimes it's better to have a little company at your side.

I have no problem staying home alone at night. I used to be afraid when I was still young but eventually I grew out of it. I still feel a little afraid sometimes especially when I'm in a big house but I just think to my self there's no point scaring myself and my fear is all in the mind. Of course, I also pray whenever I feel a little afraid.

What you see in the movies, stay in the movies. Fear is just a natural reaction and by accepting it you come closer to get rid of it. I've been many times alone like you, sometimes literally in the middle of nowhere but I always had one thing in mind. After dark it is still the very same world as in daylight. In fact, I do like it by night even more

And you know what??? I was much more courageous when I was younger and now that I’m in middle age, I’m becoming more and more coward. Being a single child of working parents, I was always used to staying alone at home…regularly during the day times and sometimes during the night when my parents went to stay in our other house and I chose not to!!! In my early youth, it was rather a novelty staying home alone at night…I enjoyed the freedom and my own time. However, nowadays I’m becoming more and more weak both mentally and physically. I cant seem to stay alone even in a small flat… I imagine so many things lurking about in the kitchen LOL

No, I do not like to stay alone in a big house, I don't like the idea to stay alone in the night as it is very scary,and besides with a increasing number of thefts and robberies it is not safe for people to stay alone, But still by depending on the Almighty it is possible to stay alone.

Hi, chaitra, I don't like to be alone, let it be any time in the day. But staying alone in a big house is not a problem for me if there is internet connection in that house, a television should also be there and there should be houses around.

yes if we own the house or i know the owner of the house. my sister and i lived in a big house before and i'm used to being left in the house most of the time. it feels weird sometimes because of the deafening silence. and sometimes i think of whatever creepy stuff but we have two dogs so am with them roaming around the house even in the middle of the night.

Bindaas !!! I do stay in a big house at night times. If my parents are gonna leave me at night times, i would stay in my house without any fear or something like that. I just watch movies and play games until i get tired and then i will switch off the computer and get some sleep... It's just a night...

well let it be a lesson to you and not let your children watch a lot of horror movies and read devil stories. i have lived alone in my house but it is not very big so cannot say if i can live alone in a big house. but you are now married and not a child anymore. so try to spend a night alone next time your husband goes out of station. all your fears will go away.

Alone in a big house? That's scary. Yes, I might if I do not have other options and if there are around four big dogs with me. Yes, I think I will survive the night alone but with big dogs with me.

i can stay. im used to it already and im not afraid of ghosts either. actually, i watch horror movies when im alone. i just like the idea. it's no big deal for me to be left alone in a big house. what i would likely to do is to play music or watch tv or movies, cook and eat, or surf the internet.

yes i can stay alone in big houses as well at night!!I did not feel scary feelings from these points of view..and so it can be fine!!

No, i think it's really a intimidating thing to stay alone at night time, let alone in a big house. Big house always gives me a gruesome atmosphere. Oh, I cann't imagine the feeling, for I am already scared now.

i do stay home alone, even at night but only in our own house. i do watch horror movies and get scared as well and have goosebumps but i'm already comfortable in my own room and own home so i could definitely stay there alone even in the dark. But if i were to stay in a different house alone, i definitely would find someone to be with me.

Big houses are scary. I don't think I can sleep. I am frightened of ghost and zombies. I cant help imagining them when I am alone. It is possible that their presence want to be with me. I sometimes imagine Sadako will appear. I am such a scardy-cat.
