Google new search features

Go to Google and do some search, random, doesn't matter. On the left side, there's a new side bar feature. It says: Everything Discussions Images Videos Maps...... Now, go to the second option: Discussions. Almost all results are from forums. How can a user put his/hers site there? Is there a thing you can control or is it an automated Google feature?
