Plan your work, and then works your plan. you must do not make any limit on your living goals, make it as highest as possible.
if they don't achieve, you have to take an evaluation, mostly the results are you have to improve your self. and remember, A goal is not always meant to be reached, it often serves simply as something to aim at!

Well, set goals that you think are achievable. It would be senseless to set goals that are not achievable. Well, the best way for it is to set short termed goals. Like 1 to 2 months goal. For example, if one wants to lose weight, the best way to get the motivating every month or ever week is to set a small goal; like for 1 week you want to lose .5lbs to 1lb. This allows you to do what you can for the week, without getting too much burnt. Hope it helps.

Setting "achievable" goals initially and increasing the level, will give you an idea about your capacity for endurance.Once one is aware of this, there will be no further problems,in setting goals for oneself.

Be realistic. You should have goals that are achievable and short term. It is much better to have a goal that is easy to accomplish at first so that you'll be inspired for the next. People often set goals that are hard to do and they get upset for it not to happen. Next, DO IT. Lastly, treat yourself for finishing the task. Don't give up when you fail. Try harder the next time.
