How do you find out if someone is married?

ok, so at my new job there is this guy that im sorta interested in.I work in a small company and we have a vary laid back ambiance here. The guy i'm crushing on comes by very freequently just to hang out or just say hi because he is friends with my boss.He seems to be interested in me too but i'm affraid he may just be a ladies man. The thing i'm sketchy about is our age difference.He always talks to me about his life yet he never metions a girlfriend or anything.In fact,his conversations always give me the mpression that he might be single.From what i've picked up he is around 35 maybe older and i'm just about to turn 19.He is very attractive but i feel that a relationship between us would be inappropiate and it would only revolve around s e x.Also, a lot of men his age are either married or have been(i'm thinking here of baggage like children).You know i just don't want to jump into this ang get hurt in the end.So back to my original question, how can i casually ask if he is married?By the way, my boss isn't around all the time so i could have the chance of asking him in a casual conversation.

Outside of questioning and or snooping there really is no other way. As if the person is not honest enough to say it then how else if not asking around.

Exactly!Like sometimes we're talking and he'll say something along the lines of "....my ex-girlfriend blah,blah,blah" and my boss or his wife (who also works here with us) have nerver asked him anything like "how's the family?" so, I don't know how find out without snooping.And even thougn my bosses are really cool I think it's just inappropiate to ask that(especially because i'm new!).
