Quote, Music, Movie lines, short story. What do you think are some of them that made you stop to think and even inspire you to follow in your life?
This made me stop to think.

There's one verse from a song that got to me in recent years. It's from Gogol Bordello's "Tribal Connection" (and not the most likely place to find inspirational quotes, I'll say), and it says "We're going to turn frustration into inspiration".
Now every time I feel that my head is about to blow up with frustration, I'm trying to think "is there any way I could find inspiration in this situation?"
Another quote that pretty much changed my perception of things is from Cicero, saying that "every form of salary is a form of slavery".

Wow...that made me smile...feeling so guilty...i often act like a brat when im frustrated and just let myself be frustrated...this is a good line...
Way to go cicero! he is so right! it is so hard to earn a salary these days!

"If I just lay here, would you lie with me and just forget the world..?"
This is from the song Chasing Cars by Snow Patrol. Every time I listen to this or think of this line, I would always stop and think. There will be a flash back of a close close friend of mine who now longer is with me. =(

HOW by JOHN LENNON: "How can I go forward when I don't know which way I'm facing?.."How can I have feelings when my feelings have always been denied?" ... "How can I give love when love is something I ain't ever had?"
I am really moved by the lyrics of this song. It leads you to be introspective, to look deep into yourself and find your inner purpose in life. There are moments in one's life when you feel that all you have are questions that don't have any concrete answers. And when you think you've found an answer, the answer leads you to more questions.
