hello friends i am troubling to remember things if you have ideas to learn very well please suggest me.
1. ideas to remember equations.
2. techniques to remember an essay.
3. ways to remember dated and years.
4. tips to remember mobile or phone numbers.
5. tricks to remember important names.

it is very easy it will take few hours but once you till do it i am sure you will never forget it..
1. for equations you must need to write it again and again and then once you will read and write you will remember it for a life time but must read and write..
2.same techniques which you will use to remember equations.
3.for dates you must see to watch calendar daily for a week and after that you won't face this problem..you will remember dates and year slowly but make it in practice in your daily routine.
4.for mobile phone no dial it 100 times from your cell phone you will remember it..simple..
5.for names write it in a file when u feel confusion just watch it in a day or two it will be easier for you
