I love anything spicy. I think it is tasty and can get my a good appetite. Then I will feel like eating. Well, as a Chinese, I enjoy traditional Chinese food very much. And I happen to know that there are many Chinese restaurants out there in the world. Each of them maintian a good fortune.
So, do u like it?

Cooking in China is as diverse as the size of the land and the number of different cultures incorporated into it. In the north where it is cold dishes tend to be hot and spicy like the schezuan cooking (not so sure about the spelling)and the southern cooking that tends to be heavier on rice like fried rice and noodles cause that's where all the rice paddies are located.
Here in the Philippines we tend to appreciate southern cooking style more together with Hongkong and Macau dishes although it is not uncommonly mixed with Northern style. We love rice noodles (bihon), egg noodles (Canton and mami), spring rolls (lumpiang shanghai), dimsums (siopao and siomai).
We go to restaurants if we want to eat authentic and exotic dishes called a lauriat, dishes served number from 10,12 15 and so on depending on how much you can afford to pay which you have to book in advance. It's a gastronomic treat of seafood, seaweeds, sea cucumber, even a live grouper in a tank that you ask them to cook for you sweet and sour style. Food is served on a turning table called a "lazy susan".
You have to keep an open mind though when eating and forget about your standards cause some foods might be offensive to some like the suckling pig and century eggs, remember chinese cooking is incorporated with yang and yin, balance and inseperable with their medicine. It's an eat till you drop thing and discuss the following day what on earth are the ingredients that make it so goooood

Chinese restaurants are very common here in Spain, even though I'm not sure how 'properly Chinese' the food actually is, so to speak. I really enjoy eating there nonetheless, I especially like sweet and sour dishes, I usually order those whenever I go there to eat.

Orange chicken, chow mein, chow fun, those are the ones I like best in a Chinese restaurant and maybe some of them are not really Chinese but more American like the orange chicken, but I still like them.

I have to admit that I've never had the opportunity to enjoy traditional Chinese cuisine because I've never been able to travel to China. However, I know that I really like the Americanized version of Chinese food and I would eat that on a very regular basis. My absolute favorite is sesame chicken. However, I also like Lo Mein, I like sweet and sour dishes, I like egg drop soup and I like fried rice. I could eat Chinese food daily.
