why do some people get so Angry very soon?

I just joined a Export garment company. Garment company is always busy because they produce right quality,number of pieces on right time. if they don't the buyer gonna cancel their orders. so always looks very busy..most of the people looks so tense and they got angry very quickly. Its a problem of people or work...i'm confused..if this about work i'm gonna resign from my job...have you met this kind of people before?

It is the nature of work in many places. Senior staff preach that they are interested in the work force, but their only interest is their bonuses at year end. In the UK that objective often finds them seeking ways of reducing employment or transferring jobs abroad so that they can make the most profit.

Well, stress does that people. My boss has too much work and shouts a lot when we are nearing a deadline. He says sorry afterwards though. It would have been better if he doesnt have the habit of shouting but what to do? He's the boss. I just need more patience, I guess. Maybe you do to.
