When was the last time you appreciated your own work ???

We all do different types of work in our life. Some are satisfied by the work we do or some are not satisfied. I just want you to really do some reflection and look back at your own work. We are always trying to improve our work with new things, but when was the last time you appreciated your own work ??

Actually, a couple of weeks ago I finished up a study guide I had been working on. When I finished it and was ready to offer it for purchase I was very pleased with the final product! I still smile! lol! It's a nice little book and it looks nice! In working on it I found several things I want to change from now on too!

I do that quite often. I have found that if I appreciate my own work, I seem to get more motivated to achieve more. Also during the yearly appraisal I usually make a list of items that I have achieved in that year. Helps me set the goals for the next year as well as feel satisfied about what I have achieved over each year.
