dolphins sleep by letting half of their brains sleep at a time. they can not go into full sleep because they have to be conscious to breathe for them not to suffocate. they sleep for about 8 hours. their behavior when sleeping or resting is either swim slowly and surface every now and then to breathe, rest at the surface with their blowhole exposed, or rest on the bottom(in shallow water) and rise to the surface every now and then to breathe. that's it!!

Wow, is that how dolphins sleeps? I only knew that just now,
thanks eelennah. Their brain are half asleep and so they also closes one of their eye, right? that's amazing, they are like human beings too, they sleep eight hours a day not like the other fishes, their eyes are keep opened. Dolphins are warm blooded mammals like us.
