Receiving packets -- can't use the internet!

Okay. I'm having a problem with my computer now. Actually, it's my internet connection (I believe) that I'm having a problem with.
Right now, I'm currently using my dad's computer which is beside my computer that's experiencing the problem.
You see, I'm receiving packets but still, I can't use the internet!
The internet icon is flashing blue which indicates that the internet is working.
I've done everything! :(
Just last week, my internet was working and the next day, poof! It was gone! No longer working!
Please HELP me!!! .

Could be because of some outdated drivers but it's hard to fix. Also if you're trying to connect a computer that wasn't connected before that's a whole new thing. Than i can also think of portforward and maybe something else but basically i can't help you from here i can only wish you luck

I think the outdated driver would work out somehow :)
I'm glad to see a unique answer! My computer was connected before to the internet and I was always using it but then I migrated to my dad's computer when I saw the error.
Thanks anyway, I'll try to figure it out with all your helps and tips!
