Does racism really exist in the philippines?

I was with friends and suddenly we talk about racism and what's more surprising is that he felt it in the philippines.Filipino are know to be friendly and hospitable it make me sad.

most of victims of racism are black ppl. yes sad to say that we Filipinos are stolen and deprived with our own culture. as a country colonized by spaniards for over 300years, then 4years by the yankees, and then japanese. thats why we appear to have such diverse culture. thats why until now we never learn to appreciate our own culture.

maybe its happen but i think not in white people.We as filipino have a high regards to white people and i don't know why?maybe its because when we are still children we are already brainwashed that being white means superiority.I don't have any bad feeling about whites its just that i was brought up by my parents to treat every persons equally and it makes me feel sad that we filipinos are doing it to the foreigners that come to our country it really makes me sad and ashamed because we are known to be a friendly race.
