somebody help me please...how do i clean the registry on my windows XP ? should i uninstall all or what ? better buy some new i think, get headache with my windows

clean up your registry is a key action for every windows system in amny cases if your registry are well-cleaned even your pc will last long!!
So on this purpose you can download some good software as cccleaaner or cleanmyregistry for example they are smaller,they are free and effective in this way you can start as soon to clean up your windows registry whne you want without do it manually(dangerous operation)

One of the best free utilities is CCleaner. Download, install it, run it and take its advice. Piriform also do a very useful free Defragmenting utility (Defraggle) which is more configurable than Windows' own. Both of these are excellent tools and should be run regularly (once a month is good for most people).
