sappan wood cured my illness in goiter!

when i was still in high school, specifically 2nd year, people noticed that there is something growing in my throat. so, i went to the doctor and i was diagnosed of having a problem in my goiter. i don't know if it is hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism. then, he prescribed a medicine and i was under medication for a month only. but then, it didn't get smaller so i didn't continue after a month. then 5 years later, the lump got bigger that it was very visible already. then, my boyfriend's mother recommended me of drinking water with sappan wood-strips being soaked in it. she's thinking that it might help me regarding my goiter problem because her cyst disappeared after drinking it. so, i took her advice.i made it as a substitute of water. but not really total substitute. after like 2 months of drinking, the lump started to get smaller until it was totally gone. i was so happy because i don't have to undergo a surgery to remove it because as the doctor later said, the medicine can no longer cure it. plus! i don't have to spend a huge amount of money for the surgery! isn't it great? well, i also included prayers on the process. so thank God and to my boyfriend's mother! how about you? did something like this happened to you?
