People who live in the US can transfer their earnings to their bank account or by Amazon gift cards. People who live in India can order a check by mail or by Amazon gift cards. Other countries can only get their earnings by Amazon gift cards.

Amazon gift cards is basically money, but you can only use it to buy things on Amazon.com.
