Referrals...where to?

Does anyone know a site where you can buy referral packs or guaranteed signups for any site? I'm not asking for sites like neobux where you can buy ref packs I am asking for sites where you buy referral packs for any site. I used to buy guaranteed signups at the clickers but site is now down and am looking for sites like it. Thank you, I wish good luck to everyone in the fight for refs

Well i bought 10 guaranteed signups for 3$ plus i got some extra add impressions and stuff and the best thing was that you could write the rules for referrals and only pay them if they did what you wanted. So it was just a matter of patience and time. Unfortunatly site is now down but i'm not angry because i got over 50 refs for easyhits4you traffic exchange and i still earn part of their traffic i only lost 4 signup credits. Wish the site would return. Thanks for your comment

You may try this site: http://www.planet-traffic.com/ it is a legit one and it has the same owner as Donkeymails, so you will get the refs you will pay for. The only thing about it is that you will not know if they are going to be active or not - so Good Luck.
