I don't have any favourite anymore, because as I get older I become very fussy. But in the 90's I was in love with Demi Moore and Nicole Kidman. I loved Goldie Hawn in most of her movies because she makes me laugh. Sandra Bullock is a very good actress, but she is the girl next door. She obviously play the conservative card because she does not want to be part of the hot babe list. But she could be. Almost forgot Michelle Peiffer. What a great actress. Most of her movies are great. And Meg Ryan. Very cute. And Julia Roberts has her moments. Those are the top ones with the most movies worth watching.

I'm surprised you didn't say Mel Gibson seeing at though you have a picture of him as your avatar. Poor fella been a little depressed lately with all the stuff going on in his personal life but on the other hand he needs to learn to watch his mouth but I guess thats how it goes when you drink to much you start running your mouth

Most of my favorite actresses are from the past. I think my favorite of all was Bette Davis. I really liked Dark Victory, All This and Heaven Too, and Now Voyager. Katharine Hepburn - Bringing Up Baby, Holiday, The Lion in Winter (especially The Lion in Winter)Stage Door. I agree on Ingrid Bergman and Gaslight, but I prefer Notorious to Casablanca. Does Drew Barrymore count as a leading lady? Because she's about the only present one I have. I'm a big fan of Ever After and Music and Lyrics.

Excellent choices and all of them are on the top of my list. The only lady I would add is Katherine Hepburn. I will watch anything she has been in even just a small part.

No question there are many more we could add to the list that truly are stars. Audrey Hepburn is another truly talented and never let being a star go to their head.

I love the movies and the movie stars of yesteryear especially. Betty Davis ... Whatever happened to Baby Jane, All about Eve, and The Letter. Katherine Hepburn, in Little Women, Women of the Year, Guess who's coming to Dinner, and Bringing up Baby. Rita Hayworth in Gilda, Cover Girl and Pal Joey. This is just a few of their movies that I loved, there are so many more. Now from this era I would have to say Julia Roberts is my favorite. She was in Pretty Women, My Best Friend's Wedding and Erin Brockovich to name a few. I also like Diane Lane who was in Under the Tuscan Sun, Unfaithful and Nights in Rodanthe to name a few of her many movies.
