Hi. I recentley went back to mylot.com and signed in. I hadn't stopted using the website or anything for good, not at all. It's just as you may know sometimes its hard to fit some things in with many other things to do, I had been meaning to get back on mylot soon. Now when I got back to mylot I found no money avaliable in my account. This could be an error, or it could be as I have a feeling, knowing some websites badley do this, they have taken my money off because of the time I haven't registered on to the site- does anyone know if mylot.com do this. If so I'd be very annoyed because I think its wrong when I saved up the money I did(taken years thrugh quite a lot of posts, not as many as some but quite a lot when you consider you need a lot to get enough to redeem by because mylot isnt the most generous of rward sites in my experiance). Its a shame then if mylot have done this, as I liked the website idea, the many forums that people had messaged in with interesting topics and answers.
If they have taken my money for those reasons that will be loosing some favourbility with me for this site and gives me a negative to add about myspace in its review! What do you think on this?

i think that you found blank your earnings on mylot because it more than 5-6 months you did not log in simply so they will cancel your earnings if youa re not able to login at least 1 time in 5-6 months!!For this reason that now you come back and found this situation related to your account!!

Thanks for your comment. I didn't think I had been as long as 5-6 months though. I could be wrong maybe, I was that long, if I was I still think they are wrong to take the money out!:)

If you read the guidelines it tell you that you must be active, as if you haven't logged in for at least 90 days, any earnings will be forfeited. The ones that are telling you 6 months, are wrong. I have been here long enough to know, and I have read the guidelines. Just be active and participate and log in and not let it lapse for 90 days and you do just fine. I am sorry you lost your earnings, but you can't blame mylot as they have rules and we all need to live by them. You can make it up in not time by being active, and participating. Good luck and happy mylotting.

How long did you stop logging in myLot? Maybe this has to do with your missing money.

I'm just new here at mylot and neither did i'm not aware of this. But based on other comments that you should be logged in at least once in 6 months, then probably it's one of the rules when we agree to be here at mylot. And since not only one person knew about this rule, definitely not being aware of the rule is not an excuse. Probably what you can do best is to be in contact with the admin and talk about this. they might give you some consideration upon hearing your reasons why you have not logged in for several times.

Thanks for all your comments(and notice ironicley, I have been earning money from mylot whilst complaining a bit about them-but thats because their been fair with the money their then). I could try emailing them and explaining that I didnt manage to log in to their site the amount of time I did, they may refund the money, I can try. It is true that it may of well explained in the terms and conditions that money will be lost if not logged in a certain amount of time, but I may of forgot that, I suspose that is a good reason why to read over the terms and conditions again sometimes.
