Does your company promote cultural activities in your office?

Yes, they are very beneficial. I head up the diversity committee for my center. We all need to be diverse and tolerant of all cultures. Having activities at work helps break down the barriers to understanding and acceptance.

i dont do any job ,so no cultural activities for me in office. but my husband's office people will put picnics,yearly programmes and that days we enjoy a lot in participating games.i will definitly will get one prize in yearly programmes and in picnics. its a good thing ,as his company people will encourage their staff and their families to participate in many programmes and games. as u told,there will be good team bonding in their company staff.

actually i haven't cultural activity in my office...in reality i don't know if my company promote something like that..i think that if the program are real it cna be a good idea too but till now i have not really experienced about it!!

Hello ram_cv, It is very good idea that in an office will have a cultural activites to have more bonding and that gives more happiness to each other that they will work better in their job. I don't have yet work but for me it is the best way to work better. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.
