Do you believe in fortune telling.. Is there truth about what fortune tellers tell about your future or it is just a way of earning money. Do you know of a fortune teller who foretold about things to come and all of them happened.. How about you have you tried consulting a fortune teller before making any decision or that you cannot decide without first consulting a fortune teller. Can you cite an incident wherein you consulted a fortune teller and all what he told about your future happened. How can you tell if a fortune teller is real or that she just wants your money..

To tell you the truth, since I was a child, I didn't believe in fortune telling until the day that I've met a friend who happen to be a grand daughter of a fortune teller. Some of our friends told that she was good in telling the future but she only read your future if she wants.. And then the day comes that she read mine.. And i was amazed on how she read the cards. That was the first time that I adore fortune tellers... When we will be having an event and need such a big amount of money, we pleased her to wear and act as a professional fortune teller. Lots of people approached her. And then, there was one girl who really a problematic person consulted her. All she said about the girl was true. She was amazed on how my friend knew it. .. You know what, from 3:00pm until 10:00pm only the both of them were talking about the matters and she ask my friend's contact number for future consultation but my friend refused.. she said, the girl shouldn't relay on fortune telling and also my friend told me that there will be happening in the future that she shouldn't tell to the girl because she may ruined everything.. My friend said, anyone can read or predict the future, it's only how you learn to read yours... Here's the tip that she gave me when she reading one's fortune.. 1. Things you know 2. Things you want to know 3. Things you don't like to know and last, Things you should know! Have a nice day..

Some say that the ability to foretell somebody's future is a special git given to special people. I just do not know whether its God given or by the devil.

i don't know who gave that but as long as you'll use it for good, it's okay to have that ability... have you watch tokyo babylon where the first episode of the movie is about a grand mother who have the ability to see the future? and her grand daughter have the ability to talk to spirits and see the past? the grand mother saw that if she will ride on the train, she will die.. yet she still ride,, and when her grand daughter investigate in the scene.. she saw how her grand mother killed by the man.. she asked her grand mother if she knew that it will happen.. and her grand mother said, "yes" then she ask why? why does she avoid her misfortune? Her grand mother said that.. fortune telling is a gift.. but no matter how powerful you are, you must not be against in God's will and the destiny He gave for you... nice lesson , right? God said "just be humble so that there were no other place but up..."

Hi sammy, I think that most fortune tellers are out to get your money, nevertheless, sometimes they are very accurate in the things they predict. Is it because many people believe it's going to happen and actually help bring it about? There are those who believe that is true but it doesn't seem to jive with every case. About forty years ago, I tried telling fortunes with cards but just with my friends and didn't charge anyone, it was more or less an experiment. I gave it up after a couple of months because my predictions were coming true, and I decided that I didn't want to know the future. As a young man I had my fortune told once and most of what I was told has happened. I also had my palm read one time and the person doing the reading knew my character very well although he'd just met me. Some people seem to have certain gifts that others don't, but it's not anything that can be easily explained. Blessings.

Thanks for responding.. Could you be my friend.. Well you had psychic power and a few people possess it. I envy you.. If you charged some amount you could have so much money by now.. I know of one who is being consulted even by politicians, presidents for that matter if they make certain decisions

I believe that there are rare gifted individuals out there who have psychic abilities and therefor the ability to possibly foresee outcomes and have some kind of communication with spirits. The sad part is that there also a lot of fraudsters out there who claim to have so called ‘powers’ but all they are gifted with is the ability to rip people off. This is the reason I always remain somewhat sceptical whenever somebody mentions a psychic or a fortune teller. When I was younger I spent a lot of time having my tarot cards read in order to find out where my life was heading and out of the myriad of “psychics” I consulted there was only one who nailed everything about me and predicted many things that actually eventuated. What amazed me about this woman was what she told me about me, she knew things no one else would have been aware of but me

Hi Sammy, for us Chinese, we have two methods of fortune telling. One is the purple star astrology, another is the Bazi method. The master will start by telling about the personality, the past before going to the future. It is not whether the prediction is accurate or not. The important factor is to inform what can possibly happen, and what you can do to prevent a disaster or grab the golden opportunity. For example, a certain year is good for travelling or working oversea. If you choose that year to work oversea, you will gain promotion or earn a lot of money. If you do not choose to go oversea, you will not gain the benefit. That is how the Chinese way of fortune telling works.

hmmm. I think there are some people that are gifted and could be telling the truth about the future but that is really rare. I haven't met anybody yet, so gifted that it was right at the end. Most of these so call fortune tellers are scams, there are a few people that are the real deal. I am not so sure what to believe. I was told not to ask about the future because is better not to know, also if these people really could see the future they could interfere with your happiness.

The best thing you can do for yourself when you see a fortune teller is to run in the opposite direction. You ask if they are real. Will yes they are; they are real people just like you and me. The difference is that they have tapped into spirits of the dark side. The bible tells us to stay away from them. Spirits of the dark side have only one job to do. That job is to keep people from knowing God and living life in his truths or to trip christians up with deceptive advice! They may say oh my gift is from God but God say in the bible this is not so!

I believe there are both fake and real fortune tellers. While both engage in fortunetelling as a means of earning a living, the real ones derive their abilities from evil. God is against this activity, and related ones, eg. Ouija board, horoscopes, etc., because they're forms of witchcraft, and don't point to Him as our Source of direction in life. If you get in it too deep, you'll open up your life to demonic activity. All I can say is, stay away from it!!

There are different ways fortune tellers use to make predictions. All these methods have long histories and were developed by very learned people. Among the different methods, I have faith in astrology. The predictions are based on the planets and the planetry movements, and astrology is a very systematic subject.

I'm not a believer of fortune telling. But there is someone that made some instances that will happen to me and it did come true. Though I considered that it's just a coincidence. For I still believe that no one knows what will happen tomorrow or the next days of our lives. Now, I just got amazed of people whom I just met and can tell my past. As in detailed, I remember then that I had admire someone of opposite gender, of course, I don't want anybody to know it, it is really a secret. But when this someone came into our house for he's known to my friend, we agreed to ask something about our future. Of course I don't believe him for I really don't know him. But when it came to my turn, he wrote the name of a guy I admire in a piece of paper and tell something about him. It really amazed me. But I usualy take the words of fortune teller if I encounter one, as a warning or advice but not totally rely on them my decision in life.

I believe in fortune tellers, well psychics I should say, though I don't believe in all of them. Some are definitely frauds. I trust those who use Tarot more, since I have more experience with it, and I know some of the background. I have read my own Tarot for awhile, and they have never failed me. Though I do think what they tell you can change, according to what life path you choose to take. I think our future is up to us, but I do believe that psychics and certain spiritual methods can guide us or warn us about the path we are taking in that very moment.

I don't believe them.I'm not even interested in them. So, I never listen to them. I think that life is ours. The future is ours, not theirs.

I don't believe in fortunetellers. All i'm doing is that I stand firm on my faith that whatever there is in the future, it is God who's holding it. Believing on such lessen our faith to God. Comes to worst, we may lose our faith to the real One who holds our future.

No, I dont believe that some one can really tell your future. These people, who claim to b fortune tellers, are just playing games with people to earn money. No one but only God knows the future.
