How to find and proceed with an online friend

How can we find a suitable pair, online and proceed further to the next level of friendship with him/her? yes. i accept that the first thing is through CHAT. then? please share your views.

Hi,You need to spend more time talking to him online to know him better.But always think that not all written is true as it is very easy to type words online.You will know if he or she is serious to you and wants to meet you in person.If you feel he or she is a good person then i advice you to meet in person.That is different level now,you need to work it out so you will have a good relationship.

i agree with u fully. i can spend some more time. and yes. all text are not true. let me see whether i can get some really true nice friend.

I also agree, but are you tell the whole true in your texts. Think are you really being you in your texts. If you do agree to meet someone remember play it safe. Look after your self, tell people you trust where you are going and when.
