Do you agree that women cries more often than men?

It is not a question of whether women cry more than men...women are built/made so they are better able to express their emotions than males. This is because women are meant to be the nurturers in the family and therefore they need to have empathy for those in their care. Many men have these abilities too.

I agree with you. Women always cry more than man. They're always sentimental and weak people.

I certainly agree that women cries more often than men. This is because woman are more free to express their sorrow compared to man. Man, on the other end, are more egoistic and tend to keep tears back. There are times when man break down too and there are times when woman are stronger.

In general, women can cry and become more emotional than men because they don't tend to be encouraged to supress their emotions as much as men do during their childhood. I think this is also an indication why women in general live longer than men, becuase as a therapist, I know that suppressed emotions can lead to a blockage of the natural energies that flow through the body (known in the East as chi) and this can lead to a breakdown of good health in the longer term. So in many respects it is good if a man can let go of his "control" and cry when conditions can warrant it. _Derek

Yes i agree than women cry more often than men. I think women will show it outward. But men will cry inside and not show it.

I agree that women more cry than men especiall they are losted money or robbed. At that time, the feeling of weak and afraid rising and they do not know what to do and cry is the best way to show unhappy status.

Both women and men are emotional.... women seem to show their emotions in that way abit more. Women do get quite emotional during certain movies and in general, but things in life tend to remind them of bad memories abit more than most men. We are both emotional though and we both cry.

It is true that women cry more often than men. Women are much more emotional and they can be moved easily. Whereas men are taught to be tough and strong since they were children. In the traditonal that men should not shed tears easily. Even if they cry, usually they will cry secretly. I love China

i agree with you. i do think we as women do cry more often than men. to be honest, i find myself crying. but then having to ask myself "now why is it that i'm crying again" lol i cry at really sad movies, i sometimes cry tears of joy (actually this only happened once) men on the other hand, they just don't cry as often. or horomoes controll everything. women have more hormones.

Men try to suppress their opinions less than women do. For a woman to be suppressing it is quite abnormal. Plus women are known to have hormones that can trigger emotions to come out through tears. Men don't have this at all or if they do it's less than women's. Women also have what you call premenstrual syndrome which makes them very emotional. So as you can see, most men don't cry not because they don't have emotions but they just don't have that something that trigger emotions.

Yes, i agree that women cries more often than men. Women are more sensitive and emotional than men. Physically and mentally they are weaker than men. God created women like that. Men keep their feelings and emotions in their mind. That is the main reason why heart diseases are more in men than women. Here i can say that TEARS is a special gift of God to women.

Yes. Women generally have tender hearts and I think it just balances the entire family since men are known to be strong because they need to lead. So when they see their ladies cry, they are being reminded to show more compassion and love.

I think Men s nerves of crying is strong in this case, Yes, I agree with you, it is matter of controlling one emotions, I have seen women who have strong emotion and never cry and men with weak emotion easily cry. In our society men who cries most is not a men.

small girls and boys cry equally on average. but woman will cry 4 times more than men.a possible reason is ,a harmone called prolactin contributes how much people cry. prolactin is present in blood and tears ,which woman have more than in men. woman's tear ducks are shaped differently than men,which can effect the tears more. and also society also encouraged woman to cry and discourage men in doing it so.

At least where I live, women cry at lot more than men do. Many people say it´s cultural but I don´t buy that. Women are different than men in many ways and their hormones are different too. This has nothing to do with equal opportunities in work where both are equally qualified. It has nothing to do with respect either or with believeing that one is better than the other. Women are different from man. If we learn to use well our differences, the world can be a better place.

Both men and women have the ability to cry. women just seem to show these emotions more freely. women usually aren;t afraid to show their feelings and cry where men might not be.

Hello ,friend. i agree with you so much. almost all the women or girls cries so much than boys or men. maybe the boys or men don't cry before people . but in fact the reason why the women could live loger than men . one of the reason is that women cryi more often then men. so that's general .

yeah you're right sometimes i can drop my tears,but i dont want it because crying makes my eyes tired and then i want to get sleep ==a..but for me i cry if i cant hold it,hold the painful that i can show or the other :D
