Do you do Indian seat at work? I love doing that and I can't stand a day without my feet on my chair. I know it's bad but that has been my habit but maybe depends on the location where I am seating. As of now it's ok to do Indian seat cause my table is partly hiding my lower body.

Hi
Guess you are talking about squating on the ground
I prefer to sit, at times sleep on a mat on the ground, that is more comfortable than the chair..
In most homes one can see this kind of mat..
Thanks for sharing
Best of luck.

I am talking about the position in sitting in chair in which my feet are on chair too. You can look for the picture below to see what position I'm talking about except for the Yoga thing. I don't know but I am comfortable in this position.

Thanks for that but I am talking about the way to sit whether on the ground or in the chair, in the Philippines or maybe in other country we call Indian seat if both your feet are curled under your behind. I do it even if I am in the chair at the office. Sample of it is like the photo below.

I once in a while stand or put my feet down, I don't know I am comfortable with it. I want my feet up.

I am afraid I am enjoying it even in my workplace except for the environment new to me.
