Yesterday, I was already here in the office when I noticed that I left my pants unzipped. I was really so ashamed and thinking for so long how could I forgot to do that thing before leaving the house. My blouse is a bit long and it's quite unnoticable but I am still wondering if somebody might have noticed it while I'm on the train or in the bus going for work. I went to the comfort room looking for a possible position where in that could be probably seen. But no matter how I tried to convince myself that nobody noticed it, I still cannot turned back the time. It's really a lesseon learned to always double check my zipper before going out on my room. It really m,ade me sweat. I remember during my high school days. There was two schoolmates of mine in front of me doing lifting the chairs on one of the event. They were properly dressed, but to my surprised, one of them forgot to unzipped his pants. It was very obvious because part of his inserted polo came out. I was so annoyed, but at the same time I wanted to spare him from more embarassment. But I cannot tell it directly to him. What I did was to talk to the other guy with him to tell him instead. How about you guys? Does it happen to you, how did you managed it?

Hi alma, I guess its embarasing, but as you know, you had a long blouse so Im sure nobody must have noticed it. If your friends may have noticed it in office, I am sure one of them would have whispered it in your ear and that you would have rectified the problem. Since nobody told you, you must have been safe. I guess it happens sometimes. Even if you have zipped up, it may come lose and down. So alls well that ends well. Do not worry and enjoy the fact that your pant went unnoticed.

Thanks ketybhagat! I really hope so that nobody noticed it. One more thing that bothers me is that I'm the only girl here in my place and that I'm thinking if my guy friends happened to see it, they maybe a bit hesistant to tell me that. But I just charged it to experience. And hopefully things like this won't happen again.

Hahahaha. I think because you are such in a hurry. I have faced with the same situation before and it's really quite embarassing. I just tried to be more careful in the future. Just ignore what happened. As long as nobody mentioned it to you, then you are safe :)

It is just something that happens. It may be more embarrassing in your culture, I do not know. I have had it happen. Sometimes we say to someone XYZ. It means examine your zipper. I think you handled the situation in your high school well by using an intermediary to let him know.

That will never happen to me because I always make sure I'm properly dressed before leaving my house or restrooms. It's more embarrassing for us women because zippers are at the back of our skirt and we won't notice it unless someone tells us about it. Unlike guys, no matter what they are wearing, zippers are always in front and it's more likely for them to realize when they are sitting down. I have seen unzipped zippers but I kept quiet because I don't want them to have a wrong idea.

Being ashamed, and embarrassed is really kind of silly, as well as being debilitating. Some people have such a strong mind set that nothing embarrasses them. Its all about self assurance! Know what is normal and right, and let everything else go by the wayside. Who cares what others think? The only person in your life that really matters is you. You know that leaving your self unzipped was an accident, and in the long run will do absolutely nothing to change anything. So get your head around it, and your well-being will improve dramatically!

It happened to me a couple of times. I was out attending lessons and I did not even notice it. Until when I got home, then I realised! LOL!

well everyone has had to deal with such a situation at some point of time. certainly you would have felt embarrassed but there is not really much you can do but forget about it. even if someone did notice they will not talk about it for more than a day. so just move on is my suggestion.

My friend is forever noticing men with their trousers unzipped, lol.Even my husbands friend who called in one day had his trousers unzipped, but she never said anything until after he had gone,so i text him to tell him that his trousers are unzipped,at least i know why my friend was sitting there with a smile on her face.

woah! at least you realized it. hehehe i also experienced such when i bought a cheap pair of jeans. the zipper there was weird because at some point it just unzipped slowly. after that experience i decided not to use it again. =)

It also happens sometimes, that's why I always prefer wearing a long blouse. But actually I am not fond of wearing maong pants, 'cause I like skinny jeans more. So as a girl, for me it's safe to wear long blouse if you're not sure on the zipper of your pants. :D

I know that is embarassing because that kind of thing also happened to me. I just try to forget this kind of thing because if i don't, it is going to make me depressed and stressed. My suggestion is to get over it! We are all not perfect~ We all make mistakes and we all endure a moment that are embarassing.

hello alma. i experienced that too. but i was relieved after knowing that nobody noticed that it was unzipped. if time comes that someone notices it, i should thank him/her and zip it right away. then probably, will go to the washroom and take a deep breathe to relax or let go of the embarassment.

Jeepers Creepers! Stuff like this happens to "all of us", at one time or other. I would only give the thought about 5 minuts, then just give it a good chuckle, shrug it off, and call it a day. We can't really dwell on things like this, or we would drive ourselves crazy.
