I try to get over the ilnesses without taking any medication for it as i tend to sleep abit more if possible to get over it, if i really have to i would take parasetamol, but that is very unlikely for me as i don't like taking medication for anything.

I usually start out by trying natural methods, such as eating a lot of vitamin C, eating garlic, ginger and so on. I do that for a few days, and if I don't get better, I might go see a doctor, but I always try something else first.

Flu is such a bad sickness to have! I have just recently recovered from a flu this month and it took me a week before I could fully recover.
I would like to make it natural but the pain you have to go through is a bit unbearable. You have to get well fast if you are working like me. But if you can afford to stay at home and on your bed for a long time then I think the natural way is fine. Take lot's of vitamin C to boost your immune system!
