Jogging and health

I think that jogging is a good sports for maintaining the health. Jogging helps in burning extra fats from the body. Though other exercises are there, I believe that jogging is the best.

Yes, I agree, it is a great work out indeed, and it can be quite fun too, if you do it in a nice area (I prefer the beach myself). But some people cannot jog due to problems with their knees etc. and for them I think taking long walks is a really good way to get some exercise too!

Exercise is good for health especially jogging and walking. Yoga is also best for health and mind.

I believe that jogging is effective. I am gaining weight so i think i should really jog in the morning or in the afternoon. I need it. Jogging is really good for the health for it helps our blood circulation to function well. I am lazy to jog sometimes but if there's a will there's a way to have time to jog.

i also practice jogging most of the time. i believe it is a good exercise as long as it is not being overdone.

To those who wanted to keep themselves healthy and cannot perform heavy exercises, i think jogging suites them well. It's the basic exercise that keeps us moving and would normally keep us fit. Performing this kind of exercise more often like 3 times a week would keep a person healthy. Also, with a well balanced diet.
