For more than a thousand years, many people left an imprint on the human civilization by their indubitable works they left to us. Philosophers, scientists, religious leaders, artists, and many other intellectuals have contributed much of what we have and what we are now today. I think they deserved a respect for their hard work and indefatigable perseverance to contribute something to humanity. Without them, we cannot have the luxury we experience today; without them, we cannot have the liberty we have today; without them, we cannot have the intellectual understanding we have today. Thus it is fit to recognize them as our benefactors in any field. However, there were many of them and let me ask: who is the most famous of all?

We can start from the founding fathers of philosophy like Plato and Socrates and walk step by step according to the values of the time - we can speak of JEsus and Mohammed, go a bit ahead and speak of Leonardo da Vinci. We can move on and mention Darwin and Freud. A bit more ahead and we'd have Hitler and Churchill. :)

Thinking about it, much as philosophers, scientists and artists have all made our world as it is today, I believe that the people who have changed (and are still changing) the world have been the great religious leaders such as Christ, Buda, Muhammad to name the best known for me.

They really contributed to the change of our history and the three of them focused on the change of the within of man, the spirit.
