Here's what I had encountered when applying for a job:
How do you see yourself 5 years from now?
What made you apply for this job?
Describe yoursel...
What do you expect from the company?
What can we expect from you?
Those are just the few which employers are often curious to hear the answer. Just answer truthfully but do not tell them everything in a single question. Trigger their curiosity and make them know you slowly ... And whatever you do, SMILE...
Goodluck.:)

I got this question during my final interview in a call center where I am now working.
"Did you encountered any difficult situation that is out of the process from you previous work and how did you dealt with it?"
It's up to you now how will you answer this question.
During the final interviews, The one who conducts the interview will measure how are you being able to be fit for the job. She will examine your totality of you skills if you are fit for the job. Be sure to answer in a direct and simple manner. Any answers that are not clear and direct will result to a lot more follow up questions that might make you lose focus.

I have been to job interviews thousand times and now I have experience.
Usually they will ask:
Why do you applying for this job?
Are you currently employed?
How can you contribute to this company?
What is your expected salary?
Do you mind work OT?
Tell them your strength and yourself eg. where are you coming from, schooling, hobbies and stuff.

very useless questions they ask in interviews. The questions they ask are very little used in the project we do. They need to pass the time and they will be asking all damn useless in the world. Don't know where they pick up from whose garbage.
Some interviews really help alot to know how well they shoot questions on the candidate.

There are several things that they may ask. They will probably ask a lot of professional type questions like about your employment history or plans. Then they may also ask things about your personality. They may ask what your strengths and weaknesses are. They may ask about organizational skills. A lot depends on what kind of job you will be doing in their company.

Hi,
Well the basic things the employer will ask you is describe yourself in few words and tell something about yourself.Ask some basic information written in your bio data or resume like how old are you,are you still single,do you live alone or with your family. When did you last work and how long it lasted,Also, they will ask you about the work you are applying if you are really interested or not.Asks you how did you find the company do you have refferer in this company and how did you find about us.Some companies have examinations regarding your application for a position. Some have multiple interviews some have not. This is only some few words i can advice you to prepare for answering on your interview but what i can advice you most is that wear approriate attire for the job interview.Wear business attire clothes or dress.Casual will do depending on what position you are applying to.Better put some elegant make up so as to present yourself neat and presentable to the employer.Dont be afraid of the questions, answer briefly and with confidence.Goodluck on your interview.

For me, the hardest question they ask is, "What is your biggest weakness?" It's almost a trick question, because you have to turn it into a positive. They have asked this question at almost every job interview I've been to. What you want to do is counteract it into something positive like, "Sometimes I'm a bit too organized." or "Sometimes I come in too early." Something that might sound a bit cheesy, but doesn't sound negative.

Usually the interviewer ask about WH questions and then they will test your knowledge about the job and your self-esteem too! Be confidence and be polite. Remember that the interviewer try to evaluate or appraise you, physically, mentally and your skills too.

Go into the interview with confidence in your self. When the interviewer introduces themselves make sure you shake their hand and repeat their name by saying, "Nice to meet you, -there name-" Brings it between two people.
Questions will mostly pertain to your knowledge of the job your interviewing for. Be polite, answer without hesitation. Answer the questions fully no half answers, no short quick no nonsense answers. Be direct.
Every interview is different, all that I have gone to were different. So it is hard to say what they will ask other than the personal information that they are verifying with your answers. Then the questions will go to the job and what your interest is in it, what future you feel you have in it. Depending on the job.

As far as I know you have to be mentally prepared for a job interview. First you have to sound confident and smart. Your body language should be very good. When you go for a interview you may expect these sort of questions:
Tall me something about yourself (Just describe briefly regarding yourself. Try to say about you qualities, your educational qualification and your hobby).
Why you want to join this job(For this question try to emphasize that you want this job because you are interested to learn new things)
Why the company should hire you(Tell about your qualities and say that you will give 100% to the company)
Then the last but not the least they may ask you about your expected salary(say according to company norms)
These are the questions which I have faced in an interview.

Hi there Stacilyn,
I know some typical interview questions, into which I prepare to answer when I am having job interviews.
But first of all, you should always be ready for the interview. It helps that you know the company you are applying to, search for it on the net, and also, you should know about the position you are applying to. Be confident and smile, and look eye-to-eye with the interviewer.
The typical interview questions that I know are these:
Tell me about yourself ( remember to tell about "yourself" everything concerning you)
Why are you applying for the position? And what makes you qualified for the position you are applying to?
How do you see yourself 10 years from now?
What can you contribute to the company?
What can we expect from you if we hire you?
What are your strengths and weakness?
What are your expectations to the company?
What do you think is your best advantage above the other applicants?
That's all I know and remember Stacilyn..So I hope this helps..
Good Luck for your interview!

Most interviews have set standard questions dealing with past experiences related to the job, interactions with peers, your specfic strengths and weaknesses, and how specific challenges/situations were handled. Gone are the days where specfic personnal information can be asked. Be concise and to the point when answering the questions. Look at the interviewer/interivewers when you answer the questions. It often helps to take a few seconds to collect your thoughts to be able to answer questions, but don't hesitate to long. Be sure to ask any questions you have for them.
Good luck. It is always more intimidating that what it actually is.
