how do you make yours? do you buy jar sauces or make your own? i make my own and its so easy. i chop 1 onion, brown the mince and add the onion, then drain the fat. add 1 tin of chopped tomatoes and cook through. for the sauce i use 2 vegetable oxo cubes and 1 beef, a little garlic salt, boiled water and tomato puree, add the sauce and cook and add some pepper, so easy and tasty. i have never used a jar and never will.

When i was a very young child my mum often bought me tinned spaghetti bolognaise as i loved it. We never really made it at home as my mum never liked it and neither did my sisters really. I then later on as i was a teenager got my mum to buy the bolognaise that was ready made in jars, all i needed to do was make the pasta and just heat the sauce up, i loved it as i only needed half the jar of sauce and so i had the other half the day later. Money is tight and the jars of sauces and the pasta is cheap but i doubt i would really be able to afford to buy in the ingredients i would need to make it from scratch, i also wouldn't really know what i was doing and i may not like the taste of it. Rather stick to the cheap supermarkets own pasta, sauce, and it is quick and easy to make.

alot of people make sauce up from ingredients they already have in the house and always have in the house, that way you are not always going out to buy the jar or ingredients whenever you need it
