Cannot read some of the Responses?

I cannot able to read some of the responses to my discussions. It is displayed that this post contains content of a mature nature, you must first change your preferences. I checked the preferences on the top but i could not find any such options. How can i solve this?

I thought this was depended on your age I thought so. but I guess not it should just be on your preferences and profile or around that area I will see if I can find a link and when I do I will post it under this response of mines and hopefully I will be able to help.
