TDD problem with email change

I changed my email on TDD and it said that I needed to verify the new address. Such an email never reached my inbox, even though I have added their email on my contacts list. I tried two more times and I also used the in-site "contact us" form but nothing has happened so far. The thing is, I can't participate at all. I can't post threads, I can't reply and I can't upgrade my account. I wondered why this was and I figure it's because I haven't verified the new email, so I changed it back to the old one. Still nothing works and it's driving me mad! The site FAQ doesn't have an option to manually send a verification email so what can I do?

Check your SPAM FOLDER my dear friend.
some time due to the personal settings of your browser, it may be at the SPAM FOLDER

It's not there either, I even searched my email and the most recent message from TDD was sent 3 days ago.
