My phone is black screen and won't turn on. Some says that need to replace LCD and somebody suggested to me to purchase new ones because there are lot of china phones out there that is cheaper too than to repair it.. It may only damage other parts of the cell if it is to be repaired and much equal to the cost of new china phones.. Do you have any suggestions too?

I would try to purchase a reconditioned phone for less and then get insurance on the phone if you are under a contract. I recently had my cell phone break and I was divested. More devastated at the fact I was going to have to pay almost $200 for a new one. The nice representative I spoke with offered me a reconditioned one for only $50, and it works great!

Great! i haven't think that i could insured my cell... that also give me some option and nice idea too. How much does it cost your phone to be insured anyway? i wonder?

For me it would depend on how much each option would cost... I mean, sometimes replacing the phone is actually cheaper than the cost of the reparation. I'd try to repair it first, but if it turned out to be too expensive, then I guess I'd just go and buy a new phone instead.

If the phone doesn't switch on then it could be the problem with either battery or software. If the keypad is on and screen blank, there could still be the chance of software tossed up or the LCD screen gone bad.
It is therefore important seek advise from a mobile mechanic or the authorized service center for the particular brand.
If I were you.. I would definitely try to repair it.. but if it is taking more than the cost of new phone then I would deposit it for recycling and get a new mobile phone.
However, the choice is yours!!!

Exactly right, i already tried to let it repair, but then the service man give it back to me and maybe he wasn't able to give it a try or just don't want to. Instead suggested to me to have a new one. Yes, maybe i could also recycle it... thanks for suggesting..

i'd rather replace a new one instead of repairing it. there are many cheaper model phones today that would have the same cost when you repair your old phone.
