Have u ever ruined someone's day?

so people we all do some or the other mistakes during some part of the day....so have u ever spoiled someone's day?

I have actually. I felt like the worst person on earth! I called someone annoying out of frustration, and she was so upset for 3 days! :( made me really depressed to know that I killed someone's vibe.
