Klikerz Account's Suspended...

Today i try to logging in klikerz.com, as usual. When i clicked 2 ads, it's work normally. But when i clicked ads #3, suddenly i'm not logged in. So i try to logging in again. But, when i logging in, appears notification that my acount is suspended. I don't know why, and i don't try to cheating in this site. So i send support ticket to klikerz admin, but when i try to sent, the captcha code that i've entered always wrong. I think i entered right captha code, and now i can't do anything. Do you klikerz.com member? And do you also feel what i feel? It's a bug, or ther's anything wrong with this site???? :(
