What is your favorite movie genre?

I don't particularly lean to a specific movie genre. Whichever interest me, I would try to go see one.

My favorite type of movie is the science fiction movies. I am interested in the space, UFO etc since I was a child. There must be something out there. I love China

i like comedy movies a lot, after lot of stress in real world it will be a tonic for me to watch comedy movies. though recently i have began to watch horror and action movies like avatar and irobot and robo. but still my first preference will be comedy movies.

My favourite movie genre is probably sci-fi, followed by fantasy... it's just so nice to 'get lost' in these worlds. I also like comedies and mystery movies, especially when it's 'murder misteries'... I guess I find the whole process of investigating and finding out who the culprit is really interesting :)

i love many types of different movies, comedy, action, thriller, horror, childrens, animation, but mainly for me it has to be romance, the best ever

Personally, I like all of them and normally would say Comedy, but lately I have been craving a good science fiction movie. I feel like I haven't seen one in quite some time. This is why I am very excited for the new sci-fi movie, "Skyline." Thanks for the post!

I love watching movies too. My favorite genre is comedy and some good drama, with good and deep story. I don`t like Hollywood movies, for me is better european and asian movies. I usually watch movies from film festivals around the world. But on cinemas you can watch only Hollywood movies, so if I go watch Hollywood movie I chose some comedy.

l really don't like the idea of genres. l tend to ignore them. l like movies in general because after all they are still movies. every genre obviously has it's awesome films. just like with music.

i love romcom esp when i watch it with my bf. romantic comedy movies are so cute and fun to watch.

I like dramas. I don't know why, maybe I just like to cry, LOL! But I think that dramas tell a beautiful story. They paint a realistic picture and a lot of times they get you to think. I like political dramas a lot too. I also tend to like anything Bertolluci and anything with Eva Green in it, ha ha! I actually really like Sci-Fi though; I think that it's a fun genre to watch. Really, I think I'll just watch anything.

I like watching movies very much too!Usually I watch movies two times a week.I prefere adventure stories,commedie story and thrillers,but sometime I like watching horror movie.Generally I watch them at home on TV or DVD,but when I am free I like going to the cinema.
