so in everyone's life there is a certain thing u find hard to do!....so which are the words u find hard to say to anyone?

what is hard to say to someone is how pitiful i feel because some may take it as a discrimination or something like that.

I find hard to say I LOVE YOU to my parents. Since I was a kid I never say that to them. Although deep in my heart I always love them, but I cant say it to them. Maybe its because Im not used to say those words to my parents and maybe because Im not open to them.
