You are right!
Right now, I am working towards $$$ for my family. This is my resolution for 2010 and also 2011 and not forget if love comes.

there's nothing wrong in believing in it i think...!
it will just depend on how you will apply it into your life and that is really matter...we just need to apply it in ways that could benefit us in making our lives more effective and better as we want it to be.

Well I believe in destiny but not the one that you are being controlled of your future. The destiny I believe is this as an example: You have been given a choice on what to do go to a enginerring course or a accounting one. What you choose will make you meet people that you will not meet if you have chosen the other. Meeting those people or events is what I call destiny.
We create our own destiny but even if we did, some events are destined to happen.

I agree with that, and I am glad that there are those whose minds have been awakened and freed themselves from the strings. Hope, destiny are just mere excuses to justify the things that have happened. Everything happened because of the decisions we make, life is full of choices. and it is not fate or destiny that brings us there, but it is ourselves that brought us. Why point someone or something that it is us who made that decision and not them? thanks turingskie, free your mind people!

I prefer reality, afterall it is real, i try to fight for what i want to make sure that i stand a chance of getting it rather than just sitting back and hopeing that things will happen. We have to force something to happen if we want it, that is reality.

that I believe is a fate that is set up as our god, our lives may not escape the destiny you also know, indeed can change the destiny of human beings but which nonetheless determine god

You are absolutely right,if one has determination then good results are bound to follow.I fully believe in the saying where there is a will there is a way.We are the makers of our own destiny. If we work hard and plan our course of action good results are bound to follow.

Destiny - an interesting word and I really don't think to be mistaken with Fate. The definition in the dictionary is the seemingly inevitable or necessary succession of events that will happen to any person or anything. So this brings up the question unlike fate which we can control, is the course of events in our lives already pre-ordained from the start? Does this then give us the illusion that we have the right to choose which path our life will take? Are some people always destined to be rich, poor, good or bad? Is this the balance that has to remain in the cosmos? I am neither airing on the side of religion or the non-religious fence. I do believe that as human beings we are given the right either by divine intervention or by human evolution to choose how our destiny should play out.

You know for me destiny have all of us wheter you fight to change, excert an effort to change or do things for the future. Destiny is not excuse of letting things to happen instead it is the true thing that should happen to all of us from one powerful source God. God's will is the main issue why we have all destiny whether bad or good for His own purpose for us... see you around
