does eating too much yogurt can make you fat? i see it the nutrition facts that it has no calories. they say it is the best alternate for junk foods or whatever so it is healthy. but what if you ate too much of it? 1/2 litter maybe?

Some yogurts are made with skim milk and others with whole milk. Yogurt has as many calories as the milk its made from. Aditions to yogurts are not always calory free either. I love to eat a jam and yogurt dessert, but that won´t make me more slim. Take care and welcome to mylot!

Hi. yanyanyow. I think that eating too much of yogurt is not so good for your health. You are taking in too many calories and calcium that is needed for your body's daily intake. I think that it is best that you eat lite yogurt and fat free yogurt, since you eat so much of yogurt that is 1/2 liter. Yogurt should be eaten in moderation. Maybe having two cups of yogurt daily would be fine.

I don't think eating too much yogurt will make you fat. On the contrary, the yogurt is supposed to be good for the digestion. If you have the normal digestion, you shall not be fat. I love China

Maybe the label means no calories from fat or sugar. Eating too much of everything can make you fat, so yes: eating too much yogurt can make you fat. But if anything, it's one of the healthiest things out there and it's really good for you too. It's one of the few foods you can't do without if you want to keep healthy :)

I would like to say no. Well too much of anything really can be bad. When my aunt when on diet she ate yogurt for breakfast and counted it as a meal.

That's a no brainer. Of course you'll get fat from taking too much yogurt unless you have a very high metabolism.

I don't think yogurt will make you fat.. but yes anything too much is not good.. if you eat yogurt everyday it will not make you fat.. it gets digested quickly and is very light on stomach.. eating 1/2 a liter of it every day may be bad for you...

I noticed yoghurt is excluded from some diets.me pesonally conduct a yoghurt diet once a year and I find it very useful for the body, and coz of the fact yoghurt helps your proper digestion and increases metabolism.
