A Short Write for 100 words

As I did Science for both my 10th grade and 12 th grade and completed my degree in IT I am interested in working as Medical Transcriptionist. In regards to that I have got a good chance in applying for that post as well. But when sending my cv to them, I have to give short writing (100 words) saying why I am interested in Medical Transcription. I guess they want to know how much we know about Medical Transcriptionist job. I really want this job as I am in a situation where I have to go for a job. Please help me with the short writing.
Can you guys tell me what to write for 100 words saying why I like this post.. Please help.. I have to apply by 29/10/2010..

They don't have time to read a long work that's why they require a short writing.
100 words would be a short paragraph. Be careful of your diction and be straight to the point, nO beating around the bush. Just that, good luck! ^_^
