Music is life and it expresses the feelings, thoughts, beliefs and emotions of a composer to make that kind of music. No wonder why these composers inspire many people and encourage them to continue life in spite of the many difficulties in life. Music make a man cry, happy, laugh, and enjoy life. I wonder how (classical) music composer makes such an inspiration to write such music. These music really had a benefit physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. These kind of music are used especially in treating ailment, stress, and other health problems. Spending these kind of music everyday will help you to release anxiety and stress. I don't what are the explanations with these but I have the strong feeling that this really help me to face this stressful world of ours.

Yeah, definitely. Music can help us through tough times. They can lift us up when we're down. They certainly give us something unexplainable that we can use for the rest of the day. It's true that we don't need to understand how everything works. We just have to believe in them. Cliche..

Music has many benefits, only one of which is stress relief. Whether you are playing an instrument, or listening to music on the radio, it can help you to feel more relaxed and better about yourself and the world around you. It does depend on the kind of music that you are listening to, and the circumstances, but over all, music can help to relieve your stress levels. Music will also help you to shut out the rest of the world for a little while when you need to. Sometimes, we need to shut ourselves away from the stresses in life in order to come back with fresh eyes and be able to handle them.
