Problem when starting up..........

I have a problem with my computer. every time I used my computer, I have to wait for 15 minutes to properly used my computer. This period of time spent much time to read and execute the files during start up. It is really annoying to have this kind of problem. Instead of using my own, I had to go an internet cafe just to do my computer works. What are the causes such these problems? Is my computer has virus? Is there any ways to improve its performances? Help me... please!

i think thats problem in ram... how size of your ram computer? if you want your computer more fast you can use ram 2GB for standar quality... if thats not problem...i think thats virus...and you must backup your data and uninstall your OS..or you can repair and use the best antivirus for scan your computer..
