What type of death are you afraid the most?

I would like to know what type of death you all are afraid of the most. It's for my class assignment so it would be nice to get your age range eg. 30s or 40s. Also your religious preference would be nice; you don't have to though. Age would be just fine thank you :)

ahh yes I almost drowned once. My head got stuck in the root of a tree and I was upside down in the water. Oh yeah another time we were diving off a bridge and this girl knocked the air out of me when she dived and I fell in breathless. It was a pain crawling out...took about 3 minutes to catch myself.

20s..uhm,I'm scared of dying suddenly like dying in my sleep or dying in a tragic accident. If i would die i would want to know that my time is near so that i could spend my last days to be spend with my loved ones so that when i leave i wouldn't have problems with things i haven't done or said.
