Have you ever felt like a hero?

to be honest yes. in my profession i save lives and face emergency situations. i am a nurse and for couple of times i felt such feeling but i tried to ignore it because i dont wanna be bragging since it is part of my duty.

I've felt the excitement that comes from helping someone, the buzz of feelings very happy and proud. It's a really nice feel and it's a shame certain people don't get this from themselves, yet that's another thing about life the amount of people who only care about themselves. Happy being different. :)

I,a year or two back, sent Rs 1 lakh,and this is huge amount in India,for ordinary people,to a person unknown to me,reading about his plight in a newspaper,asking for donations for him.This made feel very happy.

Yes I have felt like a hero once or twice. One time when my family was eating dinner my brother choked on a piece of bread or something and I gave him the Heimlich Maneuver and he spit it up and he said I saved his life so I felt like a hero after that.
