A 2 years old Xbox 360 having problem. Need help.

I had my Xbox like 2 years ago. It works without any problem until last weekend. While I was playing Grand Theft Auto 4, the game hangs. The TV showing a paused gaming scene n the sound is just like stuck. Then I tried to restart the Xbox by unplug it n reset it, but when I try to start it this time, it shows me 3 red lights on the stanby button. Is my Xbox dead? How can I fix this? I really need my Xbox get working again. So if anyone of you guys had this problem before, any experience you can share with me would be much appreciated.

whats the color of the lit indicated in the adapter?
the gray box connected to the power cable?
if its green, then there is no problem
in the power cable, if its orange then if you have an extra power
cable try to switch if you dont have
the best thing i could suggest is call the
tech support hotline...
i could answer the 3rl issue for you,
if you are from the united states and you have a US
console, then better call the customer service
because 3rl issue has a special 3 year warranty
and they will help you to ship that console to their
tech hub, and bring it back to you all fixed!
because 3rl is a hardware failure...
