Discipline?how would you do that in being fit???

For people who wanted to be fit they really go in to such workout and diets, but sometimes people who are onto those things easily get disappointed with results, for them the results they got it seems it just give them quite a little,so they tend to go back for they daily routine, eating as much as they want drinking session till they drop,so for you?would you give some nice idea for those people who wanted to be fit and give them extra boost to just keep what they started already.

Many people start with intense workout plan but after some time they don't feel interest in that. To stick to your workout plan and diet plan it's very important that you stay self motivated to keep yourself fit and healthy. Join online groups and discussion forum to meet people with same goals. Discuss your goals with them in forums. And very important thing don't accept any workout or diet plan because it is available on net or someone is boasting about it. Do your own research about the plan. And if you find it good, then follow it. If it doesn't work for you, make modification in the plan. Once you are involved in designing your own plan, you will be self motivated to follow it.

Get involved in forums about fitness and health. And very important thing don't accept any workout plan or diet plant made by other just because it worked for others. Do your own research about that plan and if you find it good then follow it. If it doesn't work for you try to do modification in the plan according to your requirement. Once you are involved in designing in your workout plan and diet plan, you will be self motivated to follow it.

it basically starts from you. if you set a goal or objective like being fit you have to stick to it and remind yourself to be disciplined because if not it your effort will just be put to waste. practice makes perfect so practice to discipline yourself every day. whenever your id strikes rethink and be reminded of your goals.

I have posted something like this here in MyLot a few weeks ago. It's about keeping up with your diet. It seems that it is really not working for me. Because I just feel I was depriving myself from eating the foods that I really wanted to eat. Self Discipline is making yourself focused and strictly follow your diet plan. But I guess I don't have the kind of self discipline regarding this so I stopped it. I will just have to do a lot of exercise to burn the calories I took the day before. That what I am doing now. Thank you for this nice topic that brought up my desire to be in shape again.

You need discipline in order to get fit so that you can attain your goals. If you are not disciplined enough, then you'll have a long time or not at all be fit. You have to stop your urges and cravings of eating those things that adds up fat in your body. You have to force yourself to drink healthy meals.

I view being fit as lifestyle and a lifelong journey. So I don't like to put a time frame on weight lose. I feel that anything I'm do better will benefit me in more ways than just the number on the scale. There are several ways to find success in developing healthy habits. I found personally over time, that my skin was clearer, I had less heartburn, more energy and then the pounds and inches and gained self confidence. I also compare how I felt when I was just eating, how it's only temporary to enjoy the food, but the unhappiness of being overweight lasts longer. So I feel that it is worth every effort to stay on course, the results will come.
