Facebook- Charge or No Charge

I heard Facebook may start charging for memberships.I think this is crazy because it is a helpful site and the founder is already makes tens of thousands of dollars. Would you pay to use Facebook or would you quit?

I wouldn't pay and neither would the other members. I also saw a thing being passed around about this and I heard it was all a joke.

Yes, I saw that too. I recently saw an interview of the founder and he did say it was definately a possibility satrting in 2011.

i think someone posted a discussion here saying it isnt true. well, if that happens i would rather forget facebook.

Hello animalrock95, It is not possible that they will charge their members in facebook because if they will do that absolutely almost of the people will quit on it. It is very obvious that if they will do that it is not good for them because other websites or social networking are making vice versa i mean there they pay their members using their website. From everything I have heard, that is just a myth. Facebook is not planning on charging. But, if they did start charging I would quit as I know the large majority of my friends would quit and it would be pointless. Have a great night!
