Disasters can happen anytime, and maybe we can not prepare for disaster. Whatever we do, if disaster is our destiny to die, we can not avoid.
But if we have the opportunity to prepare ourselves, we had better prepare for clothes, money, valuables, valuable documents, and all the necessary goods.

First try to save ur family(especially kids and old people). and next save ur needful and imp things like any of ur will, any of site registration papers if u have,or any imp documents u have. ur atm card, cash u have, any gold ,small household things anyone imp for u .
Earthquakes, volcanoes, floods, hurricanes, tsunamis, fires, tornados, famine and other natural disasters kill millions of people and injure countless others, sometimes wiping out huge numbers within a few hours.this is a bad thing which god tests us and we should be careful if any disaster occurs.
You should keep a good supply of batteries in stock. Buy a good quality brand such as Duracell. It's also a good idea to get some rechargeable batteries and buy a solar powered recharger. You'll need a lot of batteries to run your flashlights, camp lights and emergency radio. You can never have to many batteries.
also see for baby food (if u have kids in ur house),stock it in ur house and if possible save it and bring outside when any disaster occurs ur house .
u can stock up disaster relief and emergency preparedness supplies such as survival kits, first aid kits, food and water, tools, flashlights, communication devices and many more.
But remember that if you think things through and have a plan, decision making at the time of a disaster can come easier, quicker, and with more confidence. Training and mentally planning for possible situations must go hand in hand. Well-trained people can still freeze up if they haven’t made a mental plan to cover whatever might occur.
the hazards you might encounter vary widely from place to place. Check with your local emergency management or civil defense office, Red Cross chapter, or the National Weather Service to get an idea of what emergencies you should prepare for.
The organizations above will likely be able to advise you what to do in an emergency. They may be able to provide you with evacuation maps and information about local warning systems and emergency plans. If you can't get all the information you need from officials, research your local hazards on your own. Figure out, for example, what preparations you should make for a tornado or hurricane (you can find information on many disaster situations right here on wikiHow) and how to survive if you're caught in a disaster, and determine the best evacuation routes on your own if need be. Remember, when push comes to shove, it's your responsibility to ensure your family is well prepared.
Pick a meeting spot and a way to get in contact with your family members. There's a good chance that all your family members won't be in the same place when disaster strikes, so it's important to have a predetermined rendezvous point. Choose a spot that will likely be safe and that is well away from your neighborhood, as you might not be able to make it back to your home.
Designate a friend or relative as a contact person that you, your spouse, and your children can call if you can't meet up. In order to minimize the chance that the contact person will also be affected by the disaster, choose someone who lives in a distant town or in a different state. Make sure that all your family members have the contact person's phone number with them at all times.
Discuss disaster scenarios with your family and make sure everyone knows what to do in all the likely emergency scenarios. It's important to educate yourself on how to respond to likely hazards, but what happens to your family if they are away from you or if you're killed or injured? It's not enough for one person in the family to know what to do--everybody should know the plan.

Hi Ifa!.
I think with this many disaster in our country we feel its need to be prepare for the worse.
I live in the quite save area and never face any thing like flood or earthquake so I don't really have a clue what to save first but I will save my document first and then money and also expensive jewelry thats can easily sell when we out of money.

Since my family is not considered a thing, I'll take my important documents as well as sentimental objects with me. I have already placed them in a bag. If there's a fire, I'll easily save it and run for safety. If tsunami, those documents will get wet. So I can't do anything.

For me, its better to saved all important documents like passport, birth certificate, credentials. Bank account or atm if any, cash you have keep. You will need it in the future. Dont bring any big things, just bring minimal clothes.
